Begin rant now...Man I hate living here! No water...AGAIN! I have an idea. Maybe you should fix your stuff so that your tenants dont have to figure out how to get around having no flipping water! For two weeks now we have been having water off and on. I am so glad my kids are not on formula and need water every few hours. And while you are at it cut the dang tree down that is next to my house, or at least trim it. It is your responsibility and seriously the branch that looks like it is going to fall on top my house is directly over my boys room. If that falls when they are in there and they get hurt you will be facing the wrath of a crazy, messed up mom! I have been asking since I moved in for you to trim the tree, then the branch broke my roof last year and not only did you not trim it still but I had to pay to fix my own roof! and I have been nagging ever since. Now I am getting pissed. I really could give a crap less how much its going to cost you! That is what you do!!!!! There is a reason you are the flipping owner! You fix the crap thats wrong, its your job! So yet again, if any of my kids get hurt because you are being negligent you are going to pay. That is not a threat it is a promise. Rant over.
