Beginning this Friday, May 23, the Rhododendron Restaurant will be open every day through Labor Day! Hours are 7 am to 9 pm. Heres what we have on the buffet menu for Memorial Day Weekend, May 23 - 25 Friday, May 23 - Coconut shrimp, chicken casserole, barbecue ribs, roasted corn on the cob, sugar snap peas, basked beans, baby baked potatoes, and broccoli and cheese bites. Saturday, May 24 - Lunch - Chicken dumplings, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, glazed carrots, and macaroni and cheese. Saturday, May 24 - Dinner - White fish, stuffed peppers, chicken tenders, roasted red peppers, hominy, broccoli and cheese, peas and carrots, and hushpuppies. Sunday, May 25 - Lunch - Turkey and dressing, roast beef, fried chicken, mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, green beans, corn, and yams. Sunday, May 25 - Dinner - Lasagna, pork roast with potatoes, fish, mashed potatoes, hushpuppies, sauerkraut, brown beans, mustard greens, and corn. Salad, dessert bar, and drink is included. Buffets are available on Friday and Saturday from 4pm - 8pm and Sunday 11am - 4pm. Evening buffets are $12.95 for ages 11 and up; $7.95 for ages 4 to 10. Ages 3 and under are FREE. Lunch buffets are $8.95, drink not included.
