Being AWARE is no rocket science. Here is a simple first step - Whenever you find yourself in the grip of an unpleasant situation - just take a pause (a deep breath) and identify how exactly you are feeling in that moment....and FEEL the emotions fully. Do it as often as you remember to do it. Gradually, it will become a habit and soon you will find that you are aware of ALL your emotions (they will seem familiar)...... Once you start enjoying the game of awareness there is no turning back...:)) It will become a 24 x 7 practice - in all aspects of life.
