Being a faithful reader of posts on this page in the last couple of years, Ive been impressed by the number of people who are direct descendants of longtime Mankato/Blue Earth County business operators. Because the Historical Society in March has its annual Surrounded by History event with the focus Built in Blue Earth County, celebrating those businesses, Im hoping I can tap into that.
