Being a skeptic does not mean that you cannot read Shakespeare and Renaissance philosophy or listen to Miles Davis and Bach. All it means is that you want to maximize the number of true beliefs you hold and minimize the number of false ones. This is done through using reliable processes to guide you through your life and by studying the follies of human reason. This has nothing to do with hating art or being an immoral person.
