Being ethical in the toy and garment industries is very hard these days, we know this at first hand. I wish people would be more interested and concerned about where things are coming from, and who make them. The majority of our dolls are made Fair Trade by a cooperative of women in Nicaragua, and the wool we use for the hair is from another Fair Trade cooperative of women in Uruguay (Manos del Uruguay); we are doing our part, as much as we can.
