Being general in army dose it mean to take somebody money,the reason i say so ,is because many soldier are complaining about their salary being taken by head of division.Example division two under Bol BOL Administration,all the money of student were taken by Bol Bol since April up to now,no salary 115 student.Dose it give sense went big person take food for his son,because those student are age mat to his son.If people are still doing that,thinking that South Sudan is belong to them.Those 115 are the student University different career,dose South Sudan want everybody to be general with without academic? to me i dont see the reason we fight for to get freedom.While people are still love themself.If we dont stop do tribalism we will be like Somalia.
