Being good at something is easy. Take an interest, join an organization or team and learn the process/rules. Before you know it, youre good. If you want to be great, theres a lot more work. In order to be great at anything, you must commit time to perfecting your technique. Get a master teacher and learn what it takes to be great and work toward those goals. Hours and hours practicing the wrong way will not make you great. it might make you better, but not great. Get a mentor and learn what is holding you back, then put in the work. My goal is the Olympics. Rowing, Triathlon and maybe even Climbing (its currently being review by the IOC).
