Being mommy to a hormonal 11 year old girl is tough sometimes. Being mommy to a hormonal 11 year old girl with a ruined American Girl Doll is even tougher. That being said, American Girl has the most exceptional customer service I have ever dealt with! We shipped our doll off to the hospital last Friday and she arrived back to our house before 9 am today with a new head and free expedited shipping because of the delayed turn around time. I was never ever a fan of paying over $100 for a doll or $30 for an outfit but I do believe that we will be watching for the sales and purchasing American Girl name brand for our girl from now on! Bravo American Girl, there are not many large corporations that handle issues with a personal touch anymore!
