Belgium outlaws animals in circuses recently and at least five countries—India, Croatia, Hungary, Chile, and Costa Rica—have also outlawed all cetacean captivity, while Switzerland has banned captivity for dolphins. Dare we say The Winds Of Change are blowing? Yes, we have a long way to go to protecting animals all over our planet, no question. Our elephants, rhinos and other animals with ivory or those with fur are becoming almost extinct. So, we cannot quit the fight, but, remarking on steps of progress in the right direction is the only way I know to measure that we are making a difference. We can win....we must win...we will win! Theyre counting on us!
