Believe it or not we are coming to the end of another school year and it is time for HCE’s Primary Committee Election. This process starts with the accepting of nominations for the upcoming PC. In order to be nominated a person must be a member of HCE in good standing. You can nominate another member or you can even nominate yourself. Once we receive a nomination we will contact that person to see if they are willing to have their name submitted. Once the nomination period is over, we will compile a list of those who were nominated and willing to serve and will have the membership vote for five members to serve as next year’s Primary Committee. We ask that you take the time to pray and think about the possibility of whether you would like to serve or if you know of a member who would do well in this leadership position please nominate them. Here is the time frame for nominations and the election of the upcoming Primary Committee. Monday, March 17th – Monday, April 7th The Nomination Committee will be accepting nominations during this time. You can nominate by e-mailing one of the ladies listed at the end of this e-mail or by putting your nominations in writing and putting them in a box that will be at tonights meeting and at the workshop on the 27th.. Saturday, May 17th – Friday, May 30th will be the voting period for the upcoming Primary Committee. We will send out more information once the list of nominees is finalized. Thank you!
