Believing in Jesus (Faith) Today we look at the second aspect in being born again. Its number 2 of four Namely: Repent, Believe in the lord Jesus, Be Baptised and lastly, Recieve the Holy Spirit. John the baptist the forerunner to Christ..pointed this out.. Repent of your sins, Believe in the One coming after him, be baptized in water, and that the One coming after him would give the Holy Spirit. Believing IN Jesus is quite a good subject. The keyword is IN. Believing that someone exists, is not the same as believing in someone. Let me illustrate. All of you believe I exist RIGHT? because I am writing this to you and you can read it. But if I say everyone reading this, send me $1000 and i will give you all back in 5 years with interest....... how many will do it? Only those who believe IN me will do it. So there is trust in there right. Its having faith IN someone.
