Beloved...The Concept Of Church Has To Be CHRIST CENTERED If It Is To Be As JESUS Said It Was To Be(Built On/Established On Him) According To 1 Cor. 3:11...And Matthew 16:18..It Must Not Be Entertainment Oriented.....We Must Be Mindful That We Have A Mission To Witness As In The Book Of Acts Chapter 1: verse 8(but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth)..It Is Unfortunate That Many Church Folks Are Lulled By The Constant Feel Good Messages And Have Itching Ears ...Many Would Rather Be Preached Happy, Sung Happy, Satisfy My Flesh Happy Instead Of Understanding The Necessity Of Being Taught Bible Truths & Being Trained To Be Disciples of JESUS CHRIST...Beloved Please Understand Going To Church & Being The Church Is Not The Same Thing!!! Beloved Its Time To Get Back To The Basics...Time To Return To Sound Doctrine...Time To Stop The Just Coming To The House Of GOD Just To Feel Good...Its Time To Get Back To The WORD...Its Time To Stop The Casual Nonchalant Attitude Of Serving JESUS Just On Sunday Or When You Feel Like It....Am I Saying You Shouldnt Feel Better After Leaving A Holy Ghost Powerful Service If Youve Had A Difficult Week Or Youve Been Going Thru Some Hard Test & Trials...Of Course Not...It Should Empower You To Have Faith As Well As To Continue Pursuing GOD Daily..Am I Saying The Pastor Should Just Preach Gloom & Doom Messages & That You Are Hell bound Every Week..Of Course Not..But There Must Be BALANCE In Your Walk/Life...You Need To Be Encouraged Sometimes, You Need To Know Things Are Working Out For Your Good..Thats Bible Too!!! However You Also Need Correction, Discipline, Reproof, Instruction & Direction So That You May Be PERFECTED Beloved..BALANCE Is Key To Being A Good Witness For JESUS CHRIST..It Is The Evidence That The World Needs To See To Know That The Message Of The Gospel Is REAL..& It Works!!! So If We Call Ourselves The Church...Let Us Begin To Really Practice What We Preach!!!
