Below ate the oven fries I make ...well.....yes you guessed it in the oven. The left pic is before they were cooked & the right is after. They look better & taste better then the pics show. The potatoes are made with margarine on the bottom and then sprinkled on top is....oregano,rosemary, basil salt, whole pieces of garlic tossed around as well as onions and then just a little extra virgin oil to finish it off.....cook until potatoes are done. Enjoy.
