Beside a little update heres also a little problem. Two of my kids have been waiting and waiting to do 50-50 custody. The oldest Dev is away at University. Very grateful for this and however long it lasts as the ex stated she will be opposing this, despite the childrens pleas. Thats not the issue. The issue is I have managed to get myself into a four bedroom home. Yeah great! One thing ... Its an older home 25-30 years Im guessing with single pane windows. The moisture buildup or sweating of the windows is of great concern as it is extremely excessive with the slightest change in temp outside or in. Daily it needs to be wiped up. I also have a larger jacuzzi tub in a bathroom with no fan or ventilation. Tub produces a lot of steam ( and bubbles:) ) I have have been told out poly on the inside of your windows ... the outside. Obviously need a fan in the bathroom. Today I overcame my fear of spiders and got in all the crawl spaces ( yes I can contort this big body pretty good if necessary). There is no visible black mold or mold on the joices or framing that I can see. I do see some spots that require insulation. I cleaned the house so thoroughly Judith would be proud. (Those who know my mother would understand:) ) yet here is a mild musty odor. Any suggestions from both the men and women out there. Other than ... what am I doing having a bubble bath:)
