Bestbuy has gave my son and a lot of others too, lots of anger as Bestbuy called themselves updating their site to protect consumers, but in the process they wiped out passwords and orders. Also the part of their site where you are suppose to be able to order an item is not up to date with their inventory and if you do finally get a person to talk to they come off as not knowing anything about anything. Guess their turn around to try to stay a productive, functional company and not going belly up isnt working, cause they sure act like they do not want customers and customers are what makes a company. Thumbs down to Bestbuy.
