Beware of Judge Dan R. Hyatt in Portland, Oregon... If you have a Social Security Adjudication Hearing in Portland, Oregon he could be your judge and that is NOT a good thing... What is the state of Oregon thinking, allowing this, ummmmm person, work in a courtroom?... Well, they arent thinking and this judge is one of the most abusive, rude, erogant, self absorbed, unfair judges I have ever come across... Just read the story for yourself... Attnys dont like going up against him either and if you dont have an attny, he will rake you over the hot coals, call you names and dismiss anything you have to say. He will call you, your witnesses etc.. liars before he even hears your side of the story... He needs to resign and any person that was denied under his rule should be reheard immediately..
