Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited services at Kangpokpi decriedKANGPOKPI, July 10: The clamor against the poor service provided by the Government backed Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited(BSNL) is getting louder day by day in Kangpokpi area.The telecom service providor has come under fire for the poor quality of services it has been providing to the customers with phone network sometimes missing for a day.The service of BSNL are deteriorating day by day particularly in its broadband servicefacilities, causing tremendous problems for the users while the poor service have lent a bad name to the brand.Subscribers who talked to this correspondent here today said the service of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited have gone from bad to worse largely due to its poor connectivity, call drops, weak signals, forced deduction of money by automated activation of service without the knowledge of users andcountless other factors."The BSNL Telecom is continuing to earn bad names for itself just because of its poor services and unprofessional conduct of its customer care", they added while pointing out that, with private operators coming into the fray, oneexpected BSNL to buck up, but the ground reality has been just the opposite.The service of BSNL Broadband internet connectivity has become constant source of irritation and frustration as well as disappointment to the denizens of Kangpokpi.The situation is so bad that Broadband works slower than that of dial-up network.In this connection, one businessman here told this corrrespondent that, the service of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Broadband poor internet connectivity here in Kangpokpi nowadays is not only causing inconvenience to the net users but also caused serious losses to business owners. The worst hit are cyber cafe or internet access facilityproviders and travel agents."We are vexed and unhappy with the service of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited Broadband connection here currently since theservice of Broadband," said one internet cafe owner.
