Bicker, Castillo & Fairbanks Paid Internship: Bicker, Castillo and Fairbanks, a political public affairs and campaign consulting firm in downtown Sacramento, is accepting resumes for a paid, temporary intern position. We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to work on issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns for legislative issues and ballot measures. Duties include, but are not limited to: coalition building, grassroots advocacy, press calls, database updates, writing, research, and some administrative detail. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately and would have some prior experience in state politics/government, media relations or political campaign work. Candidates with no experience should have a passion for politics and a general understanding of the political climate and issues in California.
