****Big Beat for Hospice Info**** Hi Everyone. The Big Beat for Hospice main event is only a matter of weeks away. Between the 31st Oct - 2nd Nov the BBFH drum team will be playing around the clock at Villa Promenade Suite. To make this event realise its full potential we are looking for the following people to sign up and get involved: •Drummers: Would you like to come down and participate behind one of the kits? Well be playing to various playlists, so there might be style that suits you. If you play in a band, do any if your band members want to get involved? •General Helpers: We need people to assist the team in everything from shaking buckets to helping with refreshments! Were asking people to sign up formally to meet the health and safety regulations of the venue. All we want to know is when youd be available and what you would like to do, i.e. drum or support. There are various ways that you can sign up: •Private Message the BBFH Facebook page. •Email thebigbeatforhospice@gmail •Speak to a member of the BBFH team on duty at the Strand Shopping Centre on the 31st August between 11am -5pm. •Talk to the drummer(s) at the following gigs: The Southern Audio Conspiracy, Dead Youth, Clown Calls For War, Chris Gray, Post War Stories, Another Shade of Blue, Postcode, Switch or A Little Bitta Rosie. This really is a unique event and a great chance to bring a sense of community spirit in raising money for a brilliant cause, Hospice IOM.
