Big Stone Lodge, located at 709 Riley Fuzzel Road in Spring, is kicking off the New Year with a Blue Hawaiian Luncheon Friday, Jan. 16 at 11:30 a.m. that will have guests imagining it’s summer. The event includes a special birthday tribute to Elvis Presley and beach songs played by DJ Carl Stewart with a menu of pineapple grilled chicken, rice pilaf, mixed vegetables, rolls, dessert, iced tea and coffee catered by Ben’s Chuck Wagon. Tickets are available at the Center Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and must be purchased by Wednesday, Jan. 14.
