Big day here!! Our "foster" mum Donna came around for some ground work tips and a bit of a lesson, so Ray got to play lesson pony and learn some new ground skills himself, and at the end of the session he also got a big grooming session with Donna and a lot of treats so he was one pretty chuffed kid!! Then Bob, Harry, Charlie, Sonny and Pixie all had a visit from the dentist to make sure their teeth are in tip top shape ready for their new lives! I finished off the day with a ride on the wonderful Ted, who was of course an angel! Ive actually had virtually 3 months out of the saddle after illness and surgery and 5 days back in the saddle and my legs are feeling it but I am loving it!! And god bless these wonderful standies they are all being angels for me while im finding my "riding legs" again! Ive been so sore and have had to adapt some interesting mounting and dismounting techniques but not one has been fazed, I swear they all understand!! Very special ponies indeed!!
