Big shout out to Leslie R., down 22.5 lbs and 4% body fat in 3 months, using our 24 Fit small group training and HGs Power Pump class. I asked her today what were the keys to her success: It was consistent exercise, knowing I had to get that piece consistent. With 3 kids and running around all the time, I had to take fast food out of the equation, too. I also stopped eating late at night, never eating after 6pm. Lastly, I drink a very large glass of water every morning, even before coffee. Looking for a pattern that might work for you? There it is.
