Bill Davison, Extension Educator, Local Food Systems and Small Farms, shared an excellent video about a local food visionary in Illinois, Chef Ken Myzka of Epiphany Farms. The Central Illinois Sustainable Farming Network dinner was held at Epiphany Farms Restaurant in March. I also had the opportunity to return for dinner with a friend in September where I was once again inspired and sated with a wonderful meal. So, if you are so inclined, my I suggest that you visit Epiphany Farms Restaurant in Bloomington.
