Billy Jack Canfield Morning Update: It has been a crazy wild 24 hours. I wasnt given very much hope yesterday in reference to Billy Jacks neuro function, so when he recognized me last night I was cautiously optimistic. This morning, I was overjoyed when he not only squeezed my hand, but also gave me a thumbs up, mouthed I love you & just winked at me. My God is such an awesome God! Obviously, we have some very serious hurdles ahead of us. He is still too critical for any surgery, and there is a big thing of infection that could fly off & cause a massive, potentially deadly stroke. He is still on the vent at the moment but has been weaned off the Pressors for his bp, and they are going to ask about getting him off his afib meds. We still need a big miracle to get through this, but my spirits are high, and I am ready for our miracle!
