Birds are highly social beings that thrive on attention from us. When you bring a bird into your home, you become its new flock. Not all birds will talk or may want to talk, but that shouldnt stop you from talking to them, singing to them or telling them what you are doing. The more you talk with and interact with your bird, the more your bird wants to be with you, or even communicate with you. Its very simple, the best thing you can do to encourage your bird to talk is to spend time talking with them. Talking and interacting with them will help strengthen the bond between you and your bird. Even if your bird never speaks a word, you can still be assured that youll get a thriving and happy companion out of the deal and as far as having a bird goes, thats the best part!
