Birmingham Nature Centre to be renamed as Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park, to highlight the work the centre does do to support endangered species. To celebrate, the Birmingham Wildlife Conservation Park will be holding a special open day on Saturday 12th April. Visitors will be able to meet conservation groups and enjoy a range of talks on some of the Park’s animals and younger visitors will get a chance to see ‘Dora the Explorer’, ‘Go Diego Go’, ‘Giant Pandas’ and a ‘Giant Red Squirrel’ who will be on walkabout during the day!
