Bishop dies in church after wife forces him to confess to infidelity According to the Christian Post on March 13, a Connecticut bishop dies in front of his congregation last Sunday after his wife pushed him to confess his infidelity that happened long ago. The Connecticut Post reported that Bishop Bobby Davis of Miracle Faith World Outreach Church, who was also a certified marriage and family therapist, was pronounced dead at Bridgeport Hospital. Bishop Davis had confessed infidelity personally to his wife of 50 years. She called a meeting after church with just the members and told her husband, Tell them what you told me. The wife insisted that the bishop tell her and the congregation who the woman was. He said, Well, it doesnt matter because that person has passed. God forgive, lets get past it. After the bishop confessed, members of his church began shouting, We forgive you, we love you. His family got physical. One of the sons attacked him. One of the daughters poured water on him. Then the bishop dropped to the floor. He had a heart attack and was pronounced dead at the hospital. The Bridgeport Police concluded that this was not a criminal act.
