Bittersweet news, Ive decided to leave Guitar Haven where Ive taught many precious young (and old) people music for the last 9 years. This is the tough decision I eluded to a few weeks ago. While its not lightly that I leave - Ive had many kids,siblings,friends of and neighbors- a very talented group of students, Im excited to teach in my own community and ultimately be closer to my babe. (Cue I Will Always Love You ala Whitney Houston). SO, having said that, its my great pleasure to announce that I am starting as a music instructor of Voice, violin and guitar at the Triumph Music Academy (Wealthy & Diamond) here in Grand Rapids. Im accepting new students starting end of August/September. Its a great place and the mission and staff are one Im incredibly honored to align with.
