Bizarre experience during evening walk today with my mom and daughter. A black Mercedes driven by a young girl kept racing back and forth on our street at super fast speeds. I had to tell my daughter to bike on the side walk, and also asked my mom to do the same. My daughter tells me what is this girl trying to do: "Kill us". Later, as we walked around the park, saw another guy parked in a white car on his phone. By that time, the black Mercedes driven by the young lady also drove back around to this another car and kept on stopping. Saw this guy on the phone, communicating something (realized he is not from the neighborhood either). We just kept on walking... and walked back home. Strange experience indeed...
