Monday 6pm Yoga 101at 144th ~ Virasana (Heros Pose) Monday 7:30pm Yin at 144th ~ Yin Flow for the Spine Tuesday 10am Slow Flow at OPP ~ Easy Does It Tuesday 12pm Kundalini at 144th ~ Pituitary Gland Series Thursday 10am Slow Flow at OPP ~ Releasing Fear & Tension from the Kidneys Thursday 6pm Basic Flow at 144th ~ The Black Super Moon | In the Zone Thursday 7:30pm Candlelight Fusion at 144th ~ The Black Super Moon | Backbending Flow, Locust Pose Exploration, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra (Saturday ~ Taking the day off while my daughter has her first Show Choir competition!) Sunday 1-2pm Vinyasa Flow at Evolve Yoga and Wellness Center in Sioux City
