Black dogs are always urgent in the south, this SWEET boy is Petey and is in need of a foster/forever home in the next week! 45lbs/Black Lab mix. Peteys owners moved and instead of taking him with them, they dumped him in a high kill shelter in GA knowing what would happen to him, seriously people?? He was very confused and depressed when he went to the shelter but loved when people came to spend time with him and is now in URGENT need of finding a foster or forever home, what else is new? What a SWEET and innocent soul he is! Hes a submissive guy who gets along with everyone! He is such a wonderful, social, docile dog and how anyone could leave this sweet boy behind absurd! We think hes a Black Lab/Cattle Dog or Aussie type of mix, his one ear up-one down is super cute and he is now ready for his forever home. Eager to please, eager to learn, still shy at first but thats a given after all hes going through, though still such a gentle loving boy.
