Black people are terrified of owls just like they are terrified of snakes and they are associated with evil... If the govt had thought of this before implementing this idea no birds would have been killed, and also how about teaching the community before introducing this. Its all fair to attack the residents of alex but we never seem to question the motive. We are a racist judgmental people... We must all be wiped out from the planet and a new generation must be created, no love for each other. We just ready to attack each other
