Shows her signing, “We will offer a moment of silence…” Scene shows antiqued photo of people standing in front of a pillared building, holding the large blocks of letters (lit up in purple) “#BlackLivesMatter.” De’Lasha appears, signing, “Question…” then Miki appears behind her/ De’Lasha exits to the right, and signs, “Will we live or die?” Returns to scene where De’Lasha is interpreting at rally. She is signing, “Pray for all,” (text shows: Pray for the love tonight”). Then scene transitions to Miki, who is also interpreting at a rally. Miki is wearing a black leather coat with a red shirt underneath. Next to her is a person with a bullhorn. She signs, “…many kids all over, and we cherish them. Pray. . .” and the text shows, “Pray for another try” New scene: black background. De’Lasha is standing towards the right of the screen. Then photo appears. The scene shows a street filled with smoke from tear gas, which has a pinkish-purple hue. There’s a person standing with their arms resting atop their head, almost as if stunned. Just as the photo appears, De’Lasha signs, “Smoke in the air.” Then scene transitions so that she is more centered, and she signs, “Smoke is in the sky.” “Bullets gotta fly.” Scene shows arial view/close up of people marching on the street. They appear to be holding candles. There are two yellow cabs in the middle of the march. De’Lasha stands in front of the photo signing, “trying not to cry.” New scenes (fast transition): Picture of large white/cream (marble-like) building. There are people marching, and the photo shows a close up of a tall Black male-presenting person wearing a black hooded sweater. He has his hood up, and a red cap over the hood. Also has a grey backpack on (straps visible). New scene: Another photo from march. This one shows Miki wearing the same clothes she was wearing while interpreting the rally walking next to a person on a bike (person is walking with their bike). Miki is signing. The person on the bike is wearing a dark hooded sweater and has on a dark mask. Next scene: Photo of a male presenting Black youth wearing a black hooded sweater with pink outlined images on the front. He has on a backpack (straps visible) and is holding a neon yellow phone/looking at the phone. There are other people in the background.
