Blocker AliSin Chains walked directly out of a Whitesnake video in the late 80s and wandered the Earth for many years before finding her way to roller derby. She got her start in 2009 with the Minnesota RollerGirls, skating for MNRG home team Garda Belts, then transferred to Windy City in 2010, where she joined the Manic Attackers home team and played four full seasons with them. She cites winning the Ivy King Cup with the Manics in 2012 as her proudest moment in derby so far. Sin also played with WCR B team Second Wind from 2010 to 2013. 2014 marked her first season playing with the Windy City All-Stars, seeing action against Arch Rival Roller Girls All-Stars, Team United Womens Roller Derby and SoCal Derby. She also played two seasons with USARS league Chicago Red Hots. Sin will be moving to Florida next month, so this weekend marks her last games playing as a resident of Illinois. In perhaps the best evidence of her skills on the track, AliSin Chains made the cut for Team Illinois despite being a devoted fan of the Green Bay Packers.
