Body Glide - a lubricant to prevent chaffing - now, stop it! - it is for easing friction where skin contacts straps, harnesses, - okay it sounds kinky, I admit - I found it in the running shoes section of Dicks - hmmmm... anyway, I had a pair of hotspots on the balls of my FEET from walking on a treadmill, and wanted to walk in the forest this morning, so I tried some of this Body Glide. I applied it and put on my socks and shoes, and hit the trail. when I returned, I had walked over 1 hour, and there was literally no more damage or wear than when I started. The packaging implies it is for bra straps, thighs, feet... it seems to work. bodyglide/
