Boggles my mind. Boggles, clogs,confuses. HOW, just how can Cuomo NOT stop the LIRR strike? HOW? not a disaster? So many long islanders are living paycheck to paycheck ESP after Sandy ..and telling people to work from home how elitist is that? You can do the very very important manual labor from home? Nurse? Waitress?Construction? the very backbone of our city has thier boots on the ground every day. Losing your job because you cannot get to it IS A DISASTER GOV CUOMO!!! Not everyone can jump into their SUV, or carpool or take off...People tend to work BECAUSE THEY NEED THEIR JOBS, as do ALLL the businesses around the stations and related businesses. How can the membership of the unions face their neighbors? Go ahead and fight for what you want!!!, but to CRIPPLE the very people WITH A STRIKE ~who are your peers and community members is a crime. an absolute crime. you are punishing the innocent workers around you. it is sinful.
