Suspicious? I certainly am. WHY would this practical stranger leave Wyatt such an expensive piece of jewelry that belongs in a museum. The history alone makes it priceless. This diamond started out with royalty, to some of the wealthiest people in the world, all the way down to Wyatt Fuller-Spencer?! International jewel thieves moved heaven & earth to get their hands on it, there have been bidding wars, round the clock security & armed guards, not to mention Im sure countless lives have been at stake of this jewel.. but now its all Wyatts?! hhhhmmm I dont know about you guys but Im suspicious as all hell. To top it all off, Wyatt is offered his job back at Forrester! So much falling into place for Wyatt, wonder what more are we to expect because I have a feeling this is just the beginning! IVY certainly wasnt expecting to be offered the high profile position of head jewelry designer for HFTF. Poor thing was merely hoping for an internship. This presented a real issue for Ivy because 1 she clearly lacks the experience & 2 she has other obligations back home in Australia. Did you see the wheels turning in both Liam & especially Hopes head when she accepted? They knew the perfect person for the job... Wyatt! HOPE offered Wyatt his job back at FC to aid the new jewelry designer for HFTF, Ivy Forrester. Did I mention with the blessing of her boyfriend, Wyatts brother, Liam. Hope is on her Oh I feel so sorry for Wyatt because its not fair. He lost everything (including HER-- dummy Liam had to point that out!) because of his mother. He didnt do anything wrong! UH OH???!!!! Im getting a tickle in my throat because I have a feeling there is mastermind behind all that is happening in Wyatts favor all of a sudden. Liam is indebted to Wyatt because of course Wyatt saved his life-- of course this automatically brings the brothers closer. Liam is all too eager to give his consent.. yes I say consent because Hope seems to need his permission for every dam thing she does, including who to hire to work for her line. Why not he also tells her who to fire or where to go! smh I mean DAM, they not even engaged again, yet. Were back to this nonsense again! Liam can take time off for a sprained ankle to be at FC stalking Hopes every move, while he severely neglects his vice presidency at Spencer Publications. How wonderful it must be to be daddys little boy. lol Hope damn near jumped out of her skin & exhaled when Liam signed off on her making this [professional] decision for her line. Im just smdh right now! Just hope Liam is ready for what this will cost him. I dont think he has Wyatt to worry about as much as he does Hope.. js! DEACON gets an honorable mention because Im curious of whats his keen interest in Wyatt? He just keep showing up! Wyatt clearly dont know that much about Deacon because WHY would he show this man the Hope Diamond? That part just didnt make any sense to me! Its not like hes the most trustworthy person in the world or even close to Wyatt. Is Deacon still lodging at the warehouse all by his lonesome? Something smells fishy & I aint talking porgies! It didnt seem to me he was all too surprised to see that diamond either. Deacon is more privy to information that Wyatt isnt-- like Quinns REAL plan! I bet money on it! OLIVER decided to confess all to Aly today.. well sort of! smh He took approximately 30% of the responsibility. He started out well by declaring that Maya called him out but then started with downplaying & making excuses like Maya has been shady lately! Sorry you lost me there Ollie.. I can live with his confession if he took 100% responsibility for his actions, but trying to minimize his behavior just did it for me. I just dont believe hes all that genuine.. I think he did it because he is essentially caught! Had this recording not surfaced & Alys Uncle Rick did not know about it... Aly would be none the wiser. Sorry I dont buy it! Then again, I remember Olivers history on the show & all the tricks he pulled when he wanted to keep Hope.. not just his twist with Brooke. He has a history of treasure hunting... look it up! While youre at it look up his sister Agnes, Aggie... she was an amazing schemer. I think she changed the DNA test for RJ, she wanted Nick at that time & Brooke was a threat to that! She told Oliver, but their secrets was never exposed... , but I wont get into that! I just dont trust him. I dont think his motives have changed at all.. I just think he readjusted.. adapted! Besides he has much to gain! I think a lot of you guys are living in a fools paradise if you see anything else. CARTER got a proverbial punch in the gut with Ricks little announcement that Maya came on to him in the steam room. My only issue is WHY IS HE SURPRISED? Carter closed his eyes & jumped head first in a relationship with Maya knowing full well she was IN LOVE with another man, Rick! Maya made that very clear. On top of which, I guess hes forgotten his role in breaking up Rick/Maya & his selective memory that he knew what Caroline was up to when all this went down. Now hes shocked/disappointed?? Come on!! Hes essentially begging the woman every day to marry him!! Another thing is WHY did Rick decide to tell Carter? Why not give Maya fair warning to tell Carter herself? Anybody remember Ricks reaction when he thought Maya told Carter??? I could have sworn Rick did not want Maya to say anything, & I dont think we had to worry about Caroline spilling the beans because the last thing she would want is Maya free to roam after making a play for her husband! I just never expected Rick to say a word.. I wonder why now? hhhmmm Me thinks there is more to come.
