Bonnie Colby is with whom the court placed my son, relying solely on the gospel words of a GAL...and in this case a very bad, and very biased GAL..who recommended Caden be placed with anyone over me, the mother...based on NO investigation, and NO supporting evidence, and the court accepted his recommendation regardless of the numerous lies, false claims, violations, and perjury this GAL, Chris Leddy, has committed. And ignored the childs counselors recommendation that the child be with the mother, whom has seen the child and mother together on several occasions. As if my son wasnt traumatized enough being abruptly ripped from his own home without good cause, and placed in the sole custody of his father where he has suffered from emotional abuse and neglect, emotional neglect, medical neglect, and even physical abuse and intimidation and threats for the last year, further trauma from withheld visitation, further trauma from losing loved ones, isolated from family, now more trauma from another change in residence, childcare, and caregiver yet again in his fathers care. Why is this GAL and the court not acknowledging the seriousness of this and the serious need for counseling for this child? Because I pissed them off? and teaching me a lesson about respect is far more important that the safety and well being of a child?
