Book Club Coffee Cake. I made this for my club and they loved it, so thought Id share. Its easy and pretty quick to make. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray. For the cake, 1 and 1/2 cups chocolate chips, 1 16 oz package pound cake mix, 1 8 oz carton sour cream 1/2 cup milk, and 2 eggs. Combine everything except the chocolate chips and pour half the mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the batter, then spread the rest of the cake batter over the chips. Make a streusel topping using 1/2 cup brown sugar, 2 T flour, 1 and 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1 cup chopped pecans and 2 T melted butter, Sprinkle the topping over the cake batter and bake for 25 minutes or till the cake tests done. Enjoy!!
