Booking system for classes - At present I run a weekly booking in system which has proven successful, however can I please remind people if they no longer require their space previoulsy booked could you notify me as soon as possible. This will help me monitor numbers and also I can allocate your space to another person if required. If your name is not on the list I will assume you dont require a place, so if I have to cancel for any reason I will not call unless your name is booked in. As you can imagine I see several people each week, so to run an effective register system is vital to ensure I provide a good service for you all.
