Both parties are working together to promote the statutory scheme that they adopted in 1957, called the Annotated Code of Maryland. It is just a scheme to let them take our rights away. For example, the Common Law permitted us to approach the Grand Jury ourselves. In 2011, MD Senator Lisa Gladden, representing Balto. City residents, introduced and got legislation passed 136-0 that took that right away from residents in Balto. City. This is clearly unconstitutional because the legislation abridges our right under the MD Constitution. Until it is challenged by someone, they are going to keep denying us of the right. We need to strip the powers they gave themselves to do this. We need to dismantle the statutory scheme and return the People, as the Sovereigns of this State. That means we are the KINGS. Kings dont ask, they command. When someone fails to obey the Kings command, what happens? They get their heads chopped off. We chop them off by throwing their corrupt asses in jail.
