Bought a shed from Garden Buildings Direct, after them sending the wrong shed from the one I order, I contact customer service to inform them of their error, would they accept their error, NO!!!! it was all my fault because the invoice says 20M not just 20, does this mean anything to anyone else but those who work there? NO!!! Although they will return money paid, they refuse to reimburse for the delivery charge, a delivery of the wrong shed. Please as a public notice steer well clear of this appalling, well below standard customer service company!!!!!!
