Box Jump Burpees! For our initial set of videos that we are going to be doing on the BoostFit page, it seemed natural to use Plyo Box Jump Burpees as the first! As a personal trainer and boxing instructor, explosive movements are often the focus of a specific workout -- depending on a clients goals. And there is little better than being able to create an exercise which is able to mix one or more explosive movements into it! So check it out and give one a try! Btw -- Id recommend practicing first, and making sure you are at a comfortable level of strength and endurance before bringing it to the bigger boxes or for a longer period of time.
