Bradley Manning has been in prison for 1136 days and his trial is only now just starting. He was imprisoned, thrown into solitary confinement and no ability to communicate with the world. His right to Habeas corpus was suspended. Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 487 days. He is alleged to have published private files for spying contractor - Stratfor and then distributing it to Wikileaks. Do you think that this is Constitutional? Do you think this is just?
