Brand Manager Job Description Strategic Development Of The Brand Leads Development of Business Pla for assigned Brands such as identification, Stategy in marketing plans, business plans and proposes to BOD for approval Develop annual Brands Plans and to provide inputs for the total brand portfolio New product development and enhancement programs and resources requirement based on research data for assigned brands Strategic Team meeting evaluate market condition and needs Conduct consumer research toward the brand Recommend price positioning in relation to market, competitive and business needs for assigned brands. Involved in customer research design both qualitative and quantitative and come up with recommendation for development of marketing strategies and programs for assigned brands Provide Strategic, Visionary and Innovative Leadership Provide strategic direction and advice in the development of differentiated creative strategies and executions for assigned brands. Develop promotion strategies and concepts to achieve assigned brands objectives. Requirements : Age maximum 35 years old Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably from fashion retail industry (Experienced preferred holding an international brands) Core expertise in product buying and ordering, budgeting, price strategy, product allocation and inventory management. Holding Bachelor Degree from reputable University Having strong analytical & strategic thinking, good decision making, and excellent communication skill Strong drive, like challenges, and able work with limited supervision.
