Brazil: Looking for candidates with recent and relevant experience with a network operator. This experience should demonstrate a good blend of technical, consulting, and process skills. Candidates need to demonstrate a background in either a Network Operations Center (NOC) or Service Operations Center (SOC) environment within a mobile network service provider. Alternatively candidates coming from a Network Equipment Manufacturer (NEM) who have worked in a managed services role in a NOC or SOC would be considered. On demand system usage Agenda with NOC Director and Managers to guarantee commitment and results NOC Process review – understanding about NOC environment and definition of milestones to integrate xSight tools into current processes Define a plan to prepare NOC resources – training, new NOC positions, escalation Interaction with M2M Customer NOC in Campinas – specific views, proactiveness, recommendations, executive reports Long term plan to migrate Claro NOC to customer oriented model versus current network element oriented model Engineering needs to be also part of the scope. Preferably: Brazilian Candidates or expats who already live in Brazil
