Bread is rising! Thank you to my wonderful friend, Tammy, whose advice was spot on - to place a bowl of water alongside the bowl of dough while the dough rises in the oven while being warmed by the little light. I live in the desert, theres sew very little water in the air, even when it rains, and my doughs never seemed to rise correctly. Now its rising beautifully! I was used to the more-humid air of the coastal regions of my yesteryear! Cant wait to taste this! Thank you my friend!!!
