Breakfast is probably the most important meal of the day. Yet, it is very common to eat so much in the evening that a sound sleep is hampered and a desire for a good breakfast is low. Late morning snacks will no longer be needed. A healthy breakfast that includes meat and fat assures the body of an amazing amount of energy for the entire day. FORGET the empty breakfasts that include bagels, juice and processed cereals. They simply create carbohydrate cravings during the rest of the day. As far as other meals are concerned, when protein and fat are included, the desire to consume sweets and other dessert temptations is greatly reduced.
