Breaking News...It is now Official. Fellow Toastmasters of District 81, It is with great pleasure that I inform you that Toastmasters International President George Yen rang a short while ago to congratulate District 81 for placing 6th overall in the world. As stated in my previous email our achievements did not just happen. They were not magical nor were achieved by super human strength. It was the collective efforts and energies of those who were unwavering in their commitment to the vision. Reflecting over the past year we had our challenges and shortcomings but we turned disappointments into accomplishments, obstacles into opportunities and impossibilities into possibilities.
